Visa and Work Permit

Visa And Work Permit Services Thailand Bangkok

Obtaining a work permit in Thailand is basically a 2-step process:

1) Getting the right type of Visa

Once your company is established, we have to get you a work permit. The first step is to obtain a ‘Non Immigrant B Visa’.

For this, you do have to go outside of Thailand to a Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate. Each Consulate or Embassy has slightly different requirements when it comes to the issuance of a Non Immigrant B visa, but we’ll make sure that these requirements are met. For more details on the type of Visas for foreigners and more info on the Non Immigrant B visas, please visit our Guides on Visas and Work Permits for more detailed information.

2) The Work Permit application

With your company documentation and your Non-Immigrant B visa, we will complete the necessary documentation and apply for your work permit on your behalf. Please visit our Guides on Visas and Work Permits for more detailed information.
