Yoothana is the head of our legal department and holds a Bachelor of Law from Assumption University and a Masters in International Law from Chulalongkorn University. He also graduated with Diplomas in International Business, Human Resource Management and Strategic Marketing at the Institute of Commerce Management in the UK and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecommunication Law at Queen Mary University of London. Yoothana began his career in corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on international contracts and he joins our team with diverse experience in these areas.
At Bangkok Base, Yoothana is primarily responsible for the incorporation of companies and will advise our clients on the most appropriate structures to address their individual requirements. He is also in charge of our team handling Work Permits and immigration matters.
