Bangkok Base offers you professional accounting in Bangkok. After registering your private limited company in Thailand, you will have to comply with the requirements of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, with respect to the setting up and maintaining of your accounts. In addition, the Accounting Act specifies that a number of thai tax reports have to be submitted to the Revenue Department, both on an annual and monthly basis.
Bangkok Base can provide full Accounting Services as well as financial consulting to meet all of these requirements. Our Accounting Services include VAT reporting and filing, payroll reporting and filing, withholding tax reporting and regular monthly bookkeeping (electronic account entry with Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet). We will be happy to provide these Accounting Services, either permanently or until such time as your operation is fully established with an accounting department.
Summary explanations of these accounting reports are as follows:
1. Personal income tax for all company employees. If you are planning to qualify for a Work Permit, the minimum number of employees under Thai law presently is five (four Thai employees plus yourself). The personal income tax report is due by the 7th of each month for the preceding month.
2. VAT report on all sales and business transactions, due by the 15th of each month for the preceding month.
3. Withholding tax report, is due by the 15th of each month for the preceding month.
4. Monthly social security payments, with reporting are now mandatory for all registered companies, regardless of the number of employees.
Thailand's Revenue Code has specific requirements for tax reporting and payment. Bangkok Base's Accounting Services can meet these requirements for you.
