Minimum Wages

These regulations apply to all businesses and rates depend largely on the location of the workplace.

As of 2008 Minimum Daily Wage:

Bangkok, Metropolitan area (Nakornpratom, Nonthaburi, Patumthani, Samutprakarn, and Samutsakorn) – 203 Baht per day

Phuket – 197 Baht per day

Chonburi – 180 Baht per day

Saraburi – 179 Baht per day

Nakhon Ratchasima – 170 Baht per day

Chiang Mai – 168 Baht per day
