Partnerships

There are 3 types of legal general partnerships.

1) Unregistered Ordinary Partnership.

Every partner is jointly and wholly liable for all obligations of the partnership.

2) Registered Ordinary Partnership.

The partnership is a legal entity by itself.

3) Limited Partnerships

These forms must be registered and the liability of each partner is limited to his or her investment into the partnership.
