Name Reservation

The first step is to reserve the desired company name with the Department of Business Development (DBD), Ministry of Commerce. The name to be reserved must not be the same or close to that of other companies. Certain names are not allowed and therefore the name reservation guidelines of the Commercial Registration Department in the Ministry of Commerce should be observed.

Once you have given us three alternative company name suggestions, we will apply in person on your behalf.

Once approved, this registration is valid for an initial 30 days. The corporate name can be reserved for an additional 30 days upon expiration of the initial period.
