Name : Thanyakamon Limakunawoot
Position : Head of Legal Department

Thanyakamon Limakunawoot is the head of our legal department and holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law in International Trade Law from Bangkok’s Thammasat University and is a member of the Thai Bar Association. She is primarily responsible for the incorporation of companies and will advise our clients on the most appropriate structures to address their individual requirements. She is also in charge of our team handling contract review and any questions regarding legal issues and the day-to-day operations of the legal department.

Name : Chetsuree Phithak
Position : Notary Public / Legal Counsel
Department : Legal Services

Chetsuree Phithak is a legal counsel of our legal department. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Nakhonrachsima Rajabhat University, and is now preparing for her bar examinations. She is also a Notary Public and can administer oaths and statutory declarations as well as witness and authenticate documents. As a member of our legal team, she is responsible for the incorporation of private and public companies and partnerships. She also assists in liaising on behalf of our clients with various government departments at the Ministry of Commerce, the Revenue Department, the Land Department and Social Welfare.

Name : Wassana Sratonglang
Position : Legal Counsel
Department : Legal Services

Wassana Sratonglang, a legal counsel of our legal department, joined our office staff after graduating from Ramkhamhaeng University, and is presently continuing her study at Naresuan University (Bangkok). She is primarily responsible for liaising on behalf of our clients with various government departments at the Ministry of Commerce, the Revenue Department and Social Welfare. She also assists our clients with the registration of special permits and licenses.

Name : Werachai Mingkhwan
Position : Legal Counsel
Department : Legal Services

Werachai Mingkhwan is a legal counsel of our legal department. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Kasem Bundit University, and is now preparing for his bar examinations. As a member of our legal team, he is responsible for assisting our clients with all Work Permit and immigration matters. He also assists our clients with the registration of special permits and licenses.

Name : Nipaporn Premkamol
Position : Legal Secretary
Department : Legal Services

Nipaporn Premkamol, a legal secretary of our legal department, holds a Bachelor of Arts from Silpakorn University. She recently joined our legal team and is primarily responsible for liaising on behalf of our clients with banks and various government departments, especially the Ministry of Commerce. She also handle the translation of English legal documents.
