Didier M. Delaval, Associate Partner, International Trade Contracts

Didier holds both Master and Doctoral (Post Graduate DEA) degrees in Business Law from the University of Paris (France).

He has been international corporate lawyer, contract negotiator and project management consultant in most high tech, heavy industry, high tech and services sectors all around the world for more than 30 years.

Deliberately interested in education, he has been mixing business practice with educational programs, and he has been involved for years in professional coaching/training as a lecturer, workshop facilitator and education book writer in several countries.

He is currently involved in educational and training programs with Commercial Schools, Educational Companies and Training Institutes, in Paris, Toulouse, Bordeaux (France), Thailand and Australia.

He is a visiting Professor with the Wuhan University Of Technology, School of Economics, Hubei Province, China, teaching International Business Law, contract negotiation and project management at MBA level.

Member of PMI, Project Management Institute, Bangkok Chapter, he is supervising several commercial projects at management levels in several countries, in Asia, Europe and Africa.

He has accumulated twenty years of business experience in South East and East Asia.
