Chetsuree Phithak is a legal counsel. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Nakhonrachsima Rajabhat University, and is now preparing for her bar examinations. She is also a Notary Public and can administer oaths and statutory declarations as well as witness signatures and authenticate documents. As a member of our legal team, she is responsible for the incorporation of private and public companies and partnerships and assists in liaising on behalf of our clients with various government departments at the Ministry of Commerce, the Revenue Department, the Land Department, and Social Welfare.

He also assists our clients with the registration of special permits and licenses.

She recently joined our legal team and is primarily responsible for liaising on behalf of our clients with banks and various government departments, especially the Ministry of Commerce. She also handle the translation of English legal documents.
